I'm a consultant, so it depends on the client. If it's a Silicon Valley software developer, then jeans and a t-shirt. If it's a stuffy East Coast banking client, then a suit and tie. If I'm lucky enough to be working at my office-at-home (about 25% of the time), then pajamas or jeans, depending on the time of day
